The house has 2 different entrances and 2 independent staircases (inside and outside) giving access to the 2 levels: a sleeping area on the first floor and the master bedroom and living area on level -1.
The sleeping area comprises 2 master suites (2x 1 bed 160×200, hotel-quality bedding, air-conditioning) with private bathrooms and balconies, plus a bedroom (1 bed 160×200, air-conditioning) with TV lounge area, all with ocean and mountain views.
On level -1 is the master bedroom (1 bed 180×200, air-conditioned) with private bathroom and large dressing room with direct access to the various living areas:
✧ Swimming pool and solarium (deckchairs)
✧ A large terrace (bar, lounge, large table, outdoor kitchen with gas barbecue )
✧ TV area with comfortable sofa (Smart TV + Netflix)
✧ A fully equipped indoor kitchen with adjoining storeroom/laundry room (large-capacity washing machine and dryer).
